This policy explains how Jefferson (“Jeff”) Gloria, trading as GLORIOUS Athletics (“we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through this website. Contact: jeffgloriaa@gmail.com.

1. What we collect

When you buy a program, Stripe, our payment processor, collects your name, email address, billing address and card details on its secure checkout page. We receive your name, email address, billing address, the program you bought and the status of your payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.

This website has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and protect the website.

2. How we use it

• To take your payment and any scheduled monthly payments.
• To send your payment receipts.
• For Jeff to email you to arrange your consultation and deliver your coaching.
• To keep the business and tax records we are required to keep.

We do not add you to a marketing list when you buy, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe processes payments, receipts and monthly payments for us. Vercel hosts this website. They handle information only to provide those services, under their own privacy terms. Information may be processed outside Canada by these providers.

4. Health information

This website does not ask for health information. Anything you share about your health during your consultation or coaching is used only by Jeff to coach you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and payment records for as long as needed to provide your coaching and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing jeffgloriaa@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version date at the top shows when it last changed.
