Coaching Terms

These terms apply when you buy a GLORIOUS Athletics coaching program on this website. Coaching is provided by Jefferson (“Jeff”) Gloria, trading as GLORIOUS Athletics (“we”, “us”). Contact: jeffgloriaa@gmail.com.

1. Programs and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

• 6 months, pay in full: one payment of C$3,000.
• 6 months, monthly: 6 monthly payments of C$500, C$3,000 in total.
• 1 year, pay in full: one payment of C$5,000.
• 1 year, monthly: 11 monthly payments of C$416.67 and a final payment of C$416.63, C$5,000 in total.

Both programs include a custom training plan, macros and meal guidance, weekly check-ins and messaging support from Jeff.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on a secure Stripe checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number. Your card statement shows the charge as GLORIOUS FITNESS.

3. Monthly payments

If you choose a monthly option, your first payment is taken at checkout. By completing checkout you authorise us to charge the same card for each remaining payment listed in section 1, once a month, starting one month after your first payment. After the final payment, billing stops. A monthly option is a fixed commitment of 6 or 12 payments; it does not renew automatically.

If a scheduled payment fails, you may be contacted to update your payment details. We never charge more than the total shown for your program.

4. After you pay

After payment, Jeff will email you at the address you gave at checkout to arrange your consultation. Your personal plan begins after the consultation. You will receive a payment receipt by email.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

To ask about changing or ending your program early, or about a refund, email Jeff at jeffgloriaa@gmail.com. Jeff handles each request personally. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Your health

Coaching provides general training and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice. Tell Jeff about any injury or health condition, and check with a qualified health professional before starting a new training or nutrition program.

7. Using this website

The text, photographs, logos and app images on this website belong to GLORIOUS Athletics or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client transformations show individual results; your results depend on your own training, nutrition and circumstances.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one you agreed to at checkout; its version date is recorded with your payment.
